Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure that the products are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
